Having the right script for the type of lead you are calling on and for your personal style is what is important.  As you will learn, the bulk of the scripts cover the same things just said in a slightly different manner.

Print the scripts out and then practice them over and over, do this in conjunction with listening to some of the videos below from top producers, and then also make sure that you are tuning into FFL DIALS.
